Group session
Group sessions are generally run out doors (weather permitting). This is a fun and interactive sessions where you are encouraged to push yourself to the limit.


One on one
One on one sessions are especially designed for you and take place with our qualified personal trainer, so no matter if you’re just starting out or would like to shift those last lazy kilos one on one sessions are proven to achieve results


Gym Environment
The benefits of working in a gym is it is a good way of toning and tightening your body regardless of the weather conditions.

Outdoor Environment
Exercising outdoors relieves the boredom of a stale exercise regime and provides additional training stimulus, both physical and mental.


Why Exercise?


There are many reasons to exercise, some of which are explained in detail below. The one most compelling reason is that it makes you feel better and improves hour quality of life.
